I think this a perfectly acceptable idea with one amendment: That people who do not wish to learn about politics or government should be required to sign a waiver that they will never be eligible for voting. YAY less idiots in the voting process. I will keep my voting rights and refrain from returning women to the regency era, where we can only sit at home and are not allowed to earn a living… rather like my independence. kthxbai.
