I suggest implanting the camera directly inside the textwalker's lower intestine, that way he/she can keep an eye on his/her anus-stuck head.

First off, who holds their phone completely flat at a 180 degree angle (or greater). Everyone I know including myself, hold their phone at a 100 to 120 degree angle. This therefore defeats the purpose of a camera on top unless you want to check out some clouds and birds while texting.  Second of all, there is already, excuse the pun, an app for that that called “Text N' Walk” that is much better than the concept shown as the whole screen is used by the camera and not a tiny preview window. I could go on and on about how that is a horrible design and just wouldn't work but I'll leave it there.

This is dumb. If you have a problem with texting and walking then you are dumb. Besides you can jus hold hold up the phone to you ear and text with Siri. If this is a problem in your life then you can afford a 4S.

Also no case would let the camera view anything.

Just don't text and walk. Now thats revolutionary!
