They were celebrating America Ferrera's 31st birthday.
Vanessa Williams (Wilhelmina Slater), Tony Plana (Ignacio Suarez), Judith Light (Claire Meade), Mark Indelicato (Justin Suarez), and costume designer Patricia Field were all there.
It's been five years since the show went off the air, and just look at how grown up Justin is!
