Migaloo the white whale has been popping up on Australia's shores for quite some time. The extremely rare humpback causes the media to explode whenever it appears, and also has its own Twitter account.
Earlier today a white whale was spotted off of the Gold Coast, leading many to claim the almighty and powerful Migaloo had returned to Australia's shores.

Migaloo is thought to be one of only four white humpback whales in the world. He was last sighted in the Cook Straight in early July.
