Thomas A. Johnson

Thomas A. Johnson, the first black Newsday and New York Times journalist, passed away at the age of 79. Johnson was one of the first black foreign correspondents for a major daily media publication, served as the president of CNN for ten years, and founded Black Enterprise Magazine.
