Movie Buzz Sarah Jessica Parker next venture may be playing the roll of Ivy Ames in The Ivy Chronicles, a film about a single mother trying to make her way in New York City. After losing her husband, Park Avenue abode, and job on Wall Street, Ivy Ames starts a business to help preschoolers get accepted to Manhattan’s most prestigious kindergartens. The film will be a film adaptation of Karen Quinn’s novel by the same name and is said to be reminiscent of The Devil Wears Prada and The Nanny Diaries. Hmm, SJP playing a single Park Avenue betch? Glad she’s stepping out of her comfort zone.
