Drug Use by Country
A new study of 17 countries found USA to lead in drug cocaine and marijuana experimentation. More than 42% of Americans have tried marijuana, and 16% of Americans have tried coke. Cocaine use in the United States was so high that it was a statistical outlier in the study. The USA should reasses their anti-drug PSA’s.

This is highly misleading regarding hard drug use, as there are large parts of the world (e.g. Europe) where heroin is much bigger than coke and cocaine is relatively difficult to come by. If you graphed heroin and pot, in other words, you'd likely find European countries that look as drug-happy as the States.
