This is highly misleading regarding hard drug use, as there are large parts of the world (e.g. Europe) where heroin is much bigger than coke and cocaine is relatively difficult to come by. If you graphed heroin and pot, in other words, you'd likely find European countries that look as drug-happy as the States.
