*I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV* I don't get it, I am def not a fan of Glenn Beck and the 1st Amendment is my second favorite, but how is this not vilification? I never saw the site and it's down now but if they presented this claim as fact isn't it defamation? Assuming he is innocent until proven guilty and they aren't bringing actual charges against him…
