Real class act.

Coming out is the most scary and important thing a person can do. It should not be so scary as it was 30 years ago but it is. You are afraid to hurt the ones you love and you don’t know how they will react. Maybe you do know how they will react and that is why you don’t. That’s Ok too. Everyone must do it in their own time.
Outing someone is NOT nice or a good idea.
It is one of the best things you will do for yourself when the time is right.
I do believe that one on one conversations wake people up to the fact we are not all the bad things they have been told. In fact, we are just the same as everyone else. We have homes and jobs, family and friends, likes and dislikes. We also suffer loves and break ups just like the rest of us humans. So what is the one our heart beats for is the same gender. Love is love.

This is a perfect example of the discrimination we face across the country. Kentucky is run by fools that are backward and ignorant.This behavior and lack of protection is why I do not want to go back to my home state of Ohio, even for a visit.
This story should be in every paper in the country so people know what hardships we face. I wish we could help.

I don’t go to the theatre often. Only to see stuff that is a must on a big screen. There are many movies out there with all LGBT cast. My favorite is “Better than Chocolate”. Standard girl mets girl, girl losses girl, girl get girl back. Canada is not shy about making all kinds of films.

I agree. Several things could be done to make it harder to obtain a weapon and ammo. Outlaw automatic and semi-automatic weapons. These are for killing people at war. They are not for hunting. No more gun shows. Only licensed dealers with a 2 week waiting and extensive background checks. Every single round should cost 10 or more bucks each and be registered with the dealer. No more ammo sold at Walmart. Stiff laws and penalties if caught.
Every child from K to 12 should have instruction on guns. This way they know what a gun can really do. It is not like the movies. They must pass a written test in gun safety to graduate.
There is nothing wrong with putting stiff limits on something that is a REAL danger to society.
Hunting to feed your family, kill dangerous animals. kill animals that in-danger your livelihood such as wolves killing livestock is fine but you do not need automatic weapons to do that.
The gun lobby has politicans in their pocket and they are afraid to make changes. This has to stop.
While I am a fan of Obama, I do not always agree with him and he needs to grow a pair and do something NOW.

I’ve never had money to go out on Black Friday but over the years I’m glad. It pains me to see what a bunch of greedy mean people we have become.

15 deaths out of 300,000,000 people in the USA. Not bad. I’ll bet more people have died from prescription meds than that. It did not say how many they drank or if they were drinking other things with caffeine at the same time. I don’t drink a whole one at once. About half gives me a nice boost without the side effects. I don’t know why they think only people of color voted for Obama. Yes lots of minorities voted for him but so did alot of white folks. Ronmey wanted to go back to the 50’s when women, LGBTs and people of color “knew their place” with no rights.
Obama welcomes everyone and wants to make life better for ALL Americans. It was not hard to figure out.
The “right” has …oh…NOM, FRC, AFA, and a host of other offensive pushers of religion on their side. OH! Lets not for get our favorite radio host Bryan Fischer who does not like anyone unless they are male, white, Christian, and heterosexual.
I would rather have an ideology grounded in facts and governed by secular law than a theology grounded in one religious book that is picked apart as needed with no foundation in science and facts.
