I live in Williamsburg and I am very, very glad to say that Williamsburg Hipsters have moved on from the legwarmers/denim mini/plastic accessories look. Right now it's all about long hair, sideswept bangs, nineties-style floral dresses, oversized semi-transparent tissue-thin tanktops, lace t-shirts, and cutoffs. Is this a big improvement? Probably not. But at least they don't look like overgrown Disney starlets with dirty hair anymore.

Hmm, interesting. The Apple Store Indie is actually a clone of the Trinity Bellwoods Hipster seen in Toronto. Makes me curious about regional varieties of hipster.
