    Diets are the worst.

    1. One day you get a brilliant idea out of nowhere to start a new workout regimen.

    2. And you decide that maybe this whole working out thing could become a regular part your routine.

    3. And people start to notice and applaud your effort and progress.

    4. But then a whiff of delicious food crosses your path, and you remember how much you need it in your life.

    5. In fear of letting your supporters know you cheated on your diet, you eat your unhealthy food in secrecy.

    6. But then it gets out of control...

    7. And your friends hit you with some truth.

    8. So you wipe the Dorito dust from your face and decide to get back at it.
