The model was built for the first film, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone and has been used for exterior shots in every film since. You can go see it at the Warner Bros Harry Potter studio tour in London from March 31.

2011 was a crazy year for Harry Potter fans! It was an end of an era with the end of the Harry Potter movies, and especially for people like me, who've grown up with Harry Potter, it was a bittersweet, whirlwind of a year. Here are my picks of the best Harry Potter related buzz of 2011.
They didn't just spring fully formed into their roles. Sure, the aging timelines of Harry, Ron and Hermione have received most of the attention, but the world should not be deprived of half naked Gary Oldman.
