What a great way to make sure you’re getting all of your greens, right?! This spicy variation of the original Mojito will really test your cojones. Just mix:
1.5 oz Bacardi Rum
Mint
Jalapeño
Soda
Lime

In a mixing glass, add the 8-12 mint leaves, 2 lime wedges, 3-4 slices of jalapeños, ice and muddle just enough to release the mint oil. Add the rum, the ice, then top with soda. Garnish and enjoy!
