maybe she’s very short? people never believe I’m a 20 because at 6 feet it doesn’t visually look like that
would there be all this back biting if the article/video was about shoes & men were telling us to stop complaining and wear [insert shoe you’d never be caught wearing]? The fact is, whether you’re plus size, average, or petite it’s the CLOTHING industry at fault! Sizes aren’t standard (neither are bodies) so saying someone is too big or too small and therefore has no right to complain is bullshit. I workout & eat right most of the time but a lifetime of eating poorly before my health was a priority should not make it ok to demean or devalue me as a person with the right to want clothing that fits.
is it body shaming when the reference is to a commonly accepted psychological complex?
