I live in WV, just a few minutes away from where #6 happened, and the Duct Tape Bandit became a bit of a local legend around here. The year he made the news, a boy in my class even came in for Celebrity Day during homecoming dressed as the Duct Tape guy, and he won best costume. Good times, good times.
