Science Buzz This photo of a “fairy” was taken in London recently, but it looks more like a bug to me. You be the judge.

looks like some sort of beetle- bugs like to fly toward the light. When I was a kid we used to get junebugs that flew with their legs that dangled a little like those. The “arms” and “legs” look to be about the same length. If it was a fairy, it would be pretty cool but someone would actually have to catch one to be be convincing. A picture with a fairy shaped splotch is not very convincing although it is very cute!
