I think that is a fantastically subtle joke and the 5-stars is what makes it perfect.

I'm so glad that God's latest ~message~ to the plebs was the equivalent of writing “Katie Couric = Poopeater!” on the wall in the girl's bathroom. I guess the next time I pass off shit I don't want to do to my coworkers, I can just write it off to my godliness, tasking others to do my holy work.

I feel pretty sure that this is a joke (“harlequins”), but what's funnier is the uncertainty.
