My city's downtown is a daytime office park of 45-50K+. Night time rolls around, 4K tops.
It's not “New York City” - it's most of Manhattan and parts of Jersey, Brooklyn & Queens. I would like to see one of the entire city though…
Downtown Albany, NY, is similar to DC, in the I Am Legend respect. Perhaps that's just how it is for capitols?
What about Connecticut?
This can't be worse than D.C. I thought I was on the set of I Am Legend some weekends.

Based on the font, I'd guess the New York Times. A quick search confirms that others think so. I couldn't find it on their site, though.
I agree with joe, this is the most frustrating thing about buzzfeed— they fail to attribute a lot of stuff properly.
