When Rolling Stone unveiled their latest cover featuring the stars of Mad Men, it didn’t take long for Jezebel to spot at least six Photoshop failures.
“I hope you will have a wonderful year, that you’ll dream dangerously and outrageously, that you’ll make something that didn’t exist before you made it, that you will be loved and that you will be liked, and that you will have people to love and to like in return. And, most importantly (because I think there should be more kindness and more wisdom in the world right now), that you will, when you need to be, be wise, and that you will always be kind.
MAD MEN IS SIMPLY THE BEST THING TO WATCH ON T.V FROM AMERICA ,I ENJOY EVERY MINUTE …

Yeah it is a bad photshop job because their heads are “narrowed” None of those people have those heads that looked like they have been slammed in a door. Shadow my ass. No one is caring that a cuff shadow isn’t present. I have been watching this show for 4 years and they do not look like that.
As a graphic artist with extensive Photoshop experience, I concur with others- this photograph features bad setup and bad lighting. I can gurantee that this picture has been retouched, because they all are in the entertainment industry, and Jon Hamm’s head looks a little off to me. But that is about it. I don’t think this has to do so much with Photoshop errors, as it has to do with the setup and shooting. By the way, if you think there is something wrong with the lighting and shadows, you’re right. But again it is not a Photoshop issue. In the future you might want to brush up on your knowlege of studio lighting.
They forgot that they put Timothy Dalton’s face (circa 1992) over that main dood’s face.
As a graphic designer, I agree with that excellent FelineFrauline post below- these things pointed out seem to have nothing to do with photoshop. I think this “omg bad photoshop” trend has a lot to do with people who don’t use photoshop and think that everything that looks slightly off must be the fault of this program.

FelineFraulein’s analysis of what’s going on in this image seems to clear things up a bit.
I think Don’s facial expression is more like: “Crap, do I pick the Blonde, the Brunette, or the Redhead?” Or alternatively, “Small, medium, or large. EYES UP HERE. AHHGGH.” Or maybe he’s just in terrible pain from getting his leg cut off. In any case, I’d probably look like that too if I had to try to act cool in front of Christina.
