this is so fucking totally inexcusable and just PLAIN ETHICALLY WRONG. Yeah I'm sure it happens ALL the time. However, this is the first time there is irrefutable evidence of misconduct, abuse of power, and murder of innocent civilians without just cause, confirmed information, or reasonable doubt. There will be hell to pay for this shit.
