I hate shaving. I haven’t shaved in months and I don’t give a daaaaamn. After a certain point, hair in the armpits/vagina/legs quit growing. Or it grows ridiculously slow, not sure. All of the girls I’ve dated are cool with it, and there are some sexy girls with non-shaved legs and pits. Hair just isn’t a big deal to me. You have hair on your head, why is hair anywhere else somehow unhygienic?
So… any other women out there who just like the feeling of smooth skin? I know I do, regardless of whether I’m dating or not. Like everything pertaining to female appearance these days, it seems, you can’t judge a woman for shaving her legs, putting on make-up, exercising, etc. without knowing her intentions for doing them.
If it’s for her own personal satisfaction and well-being, it’s not wrong.
i don’t shave my legs on the regular cause my hair is fine and light, so even if it gets long you can’t really see it/feel it. i hadn’t shaved for like 3 weeks and my boyfriend didn’t even notice until i said something. i don’t see the point unless i just want to feel marginally sexier. in the summer i’m more likely to shave regularly, though.
I LOVE THIS. Soooo true. I think in today’s world you need a pretty good reason to shave your legs. It’s pretty tiring and time-consuming for us girls (though we looove to deny it). I’d much rather not, to be honest. I never did for my ex, and he didn’t care. In fact he said he didn’t get it. I’m not stubbly when I don’t shave, so it’s not like my legs feel gross when he touches them or anything. And usually when a girl doesn’t shave (unless she’s shaved a lot in the past) then when her hair grows out it’s not even going to be as hairy as a guy’s. So why does a guy never have to go through the trouble of shaving? Why is a girl’s appearance so much more important than a guy’s? No fair.
