Billy & Emily View this video on YouTube youtube.com Sibling act Billy and Emily wowed and terrified the judges with their rollerblading routine set to Guns N' Roses "Live and Let Die." The duo were no strangers to death-defying acts as both their aunt and uncle died separately in live, gymnastic performances. 2. Lettice Rowbotham View this video on YouTube youtube.com Everyone had their doubts about Lettice as she was interviewed backstage but as soon as her bow touched the strings all those doubts vanished. Being hungover the day of her audition didn't stop Lettice from wowing the judges and making it to the final of Series 8. 3. Susan Boyle View this video on YouTube youtube.com Simon seemed less than impressed when Boyle first took to the stage but she didn't even need to complete a full verse before his mouth fell open in shock. Though she lost out in the Series 3 finale to dance group Diversity, Susan Boyle is perhaps one of the most famous contestants from the show. 4. Paddy & Nico View this video on YouTube youtube.com Viewers didn't know what to expect when 79 year old Paddy took to the stage with dance partner Nico. It wasn't long into their act that Cowell pushed his buzzer, though he soon regretted that decision. Paddy was not only a welcome surprise but she was an inspiration to men and women of all ages that you should never give up on your dreams. 5. Darcy Oake View this video on YouTube youtube.com It takes a lot to impress judge Simon Cowell but Darcy Oake managed to do that with his audition. Though he came in fifth in the Series 8 finale, Oake was the first magician in the show's history to make it all the way to the final. 6. Ashleigh and Pudsey View this video on YouTube youtube.com How much cuter can you get? Ashleigh and Pudsey were the first dog trick act to win Britain's Got Talent and one of the most memorable. All of us were rooting for Ashleigh and her Border Collie, Bischon Frise, and Chinese Crusted powderpuff canine companion. 7. Jules O'Dwyer & Matisse View this video on YouTube youtube.com Jules hit the stage with her Border Collie, Matisse, portraying a dog catcher and a stray. Not only was the routine adorable but it reminded all of us of Ashleigh and Pudsey. Just like the Series 6 winners Jules and Matisse went on to win the show and our hearts. 8. Vladimir Georgievsky View this video on YouTube youtube.com Russian born Vladimir's fearless acrobatics and trampoline stunts secured him four yeses from the judges. Gerogievsky's act was a blend of the past and present, reminding us of Charlie Chaplin's silent films and a new age comedy show at the same time. 9. Shadow Theatre View this video on YouTube youtube.com This Series 7 group sure does know how to leave a lasting impression. Judge Amanda Holden was brought to tears during their audition and the theater group received a standing ovation from both the audience and the judges. 10. Charlotte & Jonathan View this video on YouTube youtube.com Charlotte and Jonathan surprised the judges with their rendition of Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion's "The Prayer." Even though Simon Cowell advised Jonathan to ditch his less-talented counterpart the duo went on to the final of Series 6 where they placed second.
