I was babysitting for a family in my neighborhood, who were Orthodox Jews and had 11 kids. I was watching 7 of them. They had eaten dinner by the time I got there (~5:00) but, since Jews don’t mix milk and meat, they were waiting to eat dessert. I didn’t realize that they had to wait 7 hours until they could eat dairy again so I couldn’t even get the kids into their pj’s until after midnight, and almost all of them were still awake when the parents got home. Thankfully, the parents (and the entire family) were really nice and didn’t mind that the kids were still awake so late - but I was exhausted!!
If I don’t eat shrimp (in week 2) can I replace it with something?
