Resa Aslan said: “I am a scholar of religions… I am an expert with a Ph.D. in the history of religions … I am a professor of religions, including the New Testament–that’s what I do for a living, actually . .”
He has a B.A. in religion; a Master of Theological Studies; a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction; and a 2009 Ph.D. in sociology. Hardly anything close to a “scholar of religions” or an “expert with a Ph.D. in the history of religions”. Nor is that what he does for a living. What does he do for a living? He is an associate professor in the Creative Writing program at the University of California, Riverside Ignoring his “academic book” I would be more interested to know why Aslan praised the Iranian terror group Hizballah as “the most dynamic political and social organization in Lebanon,” as well as terror mothership Muslim Brotherhood, which is dedicated in its own words to “eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within.”

Interesting that Fox wasted airtime on this deeply anti-American, double-tongued and racist man.  Resa Aslan said: “I am a scholar of religions… I am an expert with a Ph.D. in the history of religions … I am a professor of religions, including the New Testament–that’s what I do for a living, actually . .” He has a B.A. in religion; a Master of Theological Studies; a Master of Fine Arts in Fiction; and a 2009 Ph.D. in sociology. And that is good thing.” Even the Egyptians have declared the Muslim Brotherhood as nothing but pure evil.
