Study Shows Women Get Less Exercise Than Men

Researchers at Oregon State University found that women are less likely than men to get the recommended 30 minutes of exercise per day (they averaged about 18 minutes). And women who don’t meet the recommendation are at elevated risk of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and depression.
