We asked the BuzzFeed Community to tell us why they love being type A. Here is a very organized gathering of their responses.
1. First of all, when you've got a type A personality, it's physically impossible to be late to anything.
2. In fact, you're pretty much a professional at arriving early, because "on time" = late.
3. You're totally a morning person, because waking up means starting your day and checking things off your to-do list.
4. And that feeling of crossing something off your to-do list is borderline orgasmic.

5. In your group of friends, you're always the one to make plans — but that means everything will get done correctly.
6. Because you're the most decisive person you know, and that is the way you like it.
7. Your time management and planning skills are actually out of this goddamn world.
8. You’ve finished every project or assignment you’ve ever started, because that’s just who you are.
9. And every assignment with your name on it is flawless, because your work wouldn't see the light of day otherwise.
10. You put full effort into everything you do — "slacking" and "procrastinating" are not words you're familiar with.
11. Every space you’ve ever inhabited has been clean and organized. There is no other way to live.
12. Your friends can always trust you to be prepared. Someone needs a jumbo safety pin? Got it. Need four different flavors of cough drops? GOT 'EM.
13. Your planner is your best friend, and it provides so much comfort that you consider marrying it sometimes.
14. Because you research your options, you save money and always get the best of the best of every experience and item you own.
15. You work hard so you can play hard. Once everything has been crossed off your to-do list, you party harder than any type B.
16. It's so rare that you'd ever miss an appointment, so when it happens, everyone is simply too shocked to be disappointed.
17. Pretty much everything is a competition, and you bet your cute little butt you're winning it all.
18. You're not bothered by others' opinions of your type A personality, because TBH you've always been this way.
19. And you'll always be proud, because you know you can always rely on one person to get shit done: yourself.
