I'm hoping from its stationery nature, this video was from a surveillance cam and not someone's personal camera. Otherwise, it's a sad commentary on the state of our culture if someone thought it was okay to stay put and tape this rather than go and help the guy out. Years ago I remember a small child had their toe pulverized and amputated after their shoelace got caught in an escalator. This stuff still happens today. Why would anyone find this funny?
