Benjamin Sapiens 3 months agoAside from the xenophobia and racism that runs rampant in certain quarters of its society and the policy of apartheid that has been adopted by those in power, Israel is one of the most fantastic countries in the world. I read the article, and I can’t really say whether or not Israel’s government is prone to dysfunction or not - but it hardly seems much worse than our own government’s dysfunction. Our two-party system offers stability, but it means that voters have only two slightly different options - then again, our nation has had a two-party throughout its entire history, and only briefly have there ever been third parties of any significance.
