In 2004 Speech, Mitt Romney Attacked John Kerry For Flip Flopping

The presumptive Republican nominee often finds himself on the receiving end of “flip-flop” attacks. But in a 2004 speech to the National Press Club, Romney attacked Democrat John Kerry on the same grounds: "His conflicted postions have been well documented, as have his tortured explanations of them." Romney adds Kerry is "too conflicted to be President of the United States."
