I was at my dad's and I only had like 3 presents whereas my step-siblings had tons, like literally one of them got one of those bouncy horse things! I didn't say anything, but my evil (for other reasons) step-mom took me into the kitchen and told me. My mom was so pissed!!

Magnesium supplements every day. But have your doctors check your levels first so you don't over do it. The ER always tries Benadryl first when you go in with a migraine, but it's not always the solution. Best way is to sleep it off or, unfortunately, get sick.
