These are books for a private school- not public. Furthermore, a book cannot be unconstitutional. A public school’s curriculum and choices can be, but not a private religiously affiliated school that allows voucher students. And by the time these fifth grade children are becoming scientists and doctors they’ve probably taken one or two more science classes that focus on current scientific beliefs and practices. Hope you’re not becoming a lawyer with your understanding of the constitution- should I blame you or your fifth grade teacher?
