As a graphic artist with extensive Photoshop experience, I concur with others- this photograph features bad setup and bad lighting. I can gurantee that this picture has been retouched, because they all are in the entertainment industry, and Jon Hamm's head looks a little off to me. But that is about it. I don't think this has to do so much with Photoshop errors, as it has to do with the setup and shooting.  By the way, if you think there is something wrong with the lighting and shadows, you're right. But again it is not a Photoshop issue. In the future you might want to brush up on your knowlege of studio lighting.
