Ali In The Kitchen: Homemade Canned Pink Salmon Patties

So i was going around my kitchen and i couldn't find something i wanted to eat but then i saw Wild Pink Salmon and i was all for the fish for lunch deal and it is pretty cheap and easy to make

Items needed:

1 bowl

Plastic gloves (if you don't like the feel of slimy stuff)

1 spatula

1 non-stick pan (don't worry if it is not non stick you just have to make sure it is greased when cooking)

All it takes is:

1 (14 3/4 to 16 OZ) of canned Wild Pink Salmon (there may be bones in the salmon so I advise you to take those out A.S.A.P. especially if you are a parent making them for you and your little tots)

1-2 eggs (I used 1 but I advise two)

3 teaspoon of finely chopped green onions

1 tablespoon of chopped onions

1 tablespoon of lemon pepper

1 tablespoon of garlic

1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs

Now you mix:

Mix all of the ingredients into the bowl and make sure it ends up in a fine texture and there is no bumps or any salmon that is still clumped up together

Cooking:

Place at least two salmon patties into the pan and wait 4 minuets for each side to cook or until desired brown on each side.

Make sure the pan stays greased or they will stick or fall apart inside of the pan (if you are having troubles try adding more bread crumbs to the mix)

When flipping make sure you do it slowly and patiently and do not make any sudden movements or you can mess up

After they seem brown enough take them out onto a clean plate and serve!

Optional!!

Place them on bread with mayo (may seem gross but I tried it and I love it) and eat with a glass of juice or water Milk is said to clash with fish, so I never eat fish and drink milk I did it before thinking my stomach is he-man and I was defeated I was sick the entire night.

Should serve up to 3-4 people if you have more in your family (like I do) double the recipe and it still should work
