I can’t speak for the other images, but #12 definitely took a lot of Photoshop work, so there’s the first misrepresentation. Secondly, they are clearly trying to associate these images with the Samsung camera, although there is no association between the two. It’s not explicit, but it doesn’t have to be. They had no permission to use these photos for their own advertising, plain and simple.
Photo #12 was taken by my friend Bimal Ramdoyal and was most definitely NOT with a Samsung camera, and required a lot of photoshop work. Way to go steal credit for other people’s hard work, Samsung.
