    There is no denying that today's job market is tough. Looking for a job is frustrating, and often discouraging. The rules of the game have changed. It's about who you know, making viral videos of yourself doing something embarrassing for an entry level job, and connecting with professionals on social media...or so we've been told.

    This is an actual response from Kelly Blazek, a self-described "Job Bank Mother" and "2013 Communicator of the Year" by the Cleveland Chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators of Cleveland, Ohio to someone who is relocating back to the area and looking for a communications job:
