Meet Tito Munoz, a business owner from Prince William County, Virginia who has started appearing with Sarah Palin as “Tito the Builder.” posted Tito wears a bright yellow construction hat and is angry with the media for its treatment of Joe the Plumber. But he’s not angry at the McCain campaign for exploiting an endless parade of men with blue-collar jobs. That would be silly.
