BUZZ: I understand that it's easy to create a hipster meme: you just take anything in the news or pop culture, then force it into the conveniently broad and ill-defined concept of “hipster.” But isn't it in bad taste this time? It's not funny and it offers no insight. Just a terrible post.

BUZZ: Dunno if it's about that Mike. I think it's more parsing what we see in the world through our own experience - in this case the poster thinks of tech (for brutal efficiency) and t-shirts (to blend in) as a 'hipster' because she's a sheltered urbanite and doesn't know any better. It's more that anyone can create or comment on 'news' now, and this garbage is the result.
