The “Swiss Gigolo,” as he is affectionately known, admitted to blackmailing BMW heiress Susanne Klatten for $10 million (ish). The Klatten story is totally fascinating in a James Bond sort of way, plus Sgarbi has a long history of charming women into giving him piles of money. Which is understandable, when you factor in the accent and the well-tailored suits.
