That's actually not Jeter, its Tony Hawk. It's true that they are identical, but the skateboard and helmet are the give away.

Who wrote the copy above….isn't that Tony Hawk playin drums, yes sorry guys but a skateboarder has made it to the big leagues !!!!!! You may want to amend the copy and give some credit to the guy he is an amazing athlete.
