Sports Buzz Roger Federer won his fifteenth Grand Slam today at Wimbledon, beating Pete Sampras' record to become the winningest male player of all time. Andy Roddick put up an excellent fight, for what it is worth. That 5th set was ridiculous.

Roddick missed a backhand overhead that could have won him the first 2 sets and he would have freaking won it.
Had I watched this live I would've been throwing things..great feat but it shouldn't have been that close. Makes me worry we might be nearing the end of his crazy good career.
The best part of watching this long final set was getting to watch alternating segments of “Roger Federer plays tennis” and “Roger Federer sells me a Rolex/NetJet.” What a top notch (read, “top income bracket”) sport.
If Andy had won that would've been horrible. I mean I'm not a big fan of either of them, but come on. Roddick winning Wimbledon?? Yeah right.
