Fancy Whoopie Pies

The NYT says the whoopie pie (also known as the whoopie cake or the moon pie) is the new cupcake. I'm just posting this because Jonah brought some truly delicious pumpkin moon pie thingies to the office a while back, and I can't stop thinking about them. Vanilla filling is my personal Eucharist.
