Divorce Kidney
A man in Long Island wants the kidney he donated to his wife returned as part of their divorce settlement. There are a few problems with this idea: 1. Removing the kidney would kill her. 2. It's a silly idea. 3. It would set a dangerous precedent in terms of bodily matter donation. What if a deflated mother wanted her breast milk back? What if any man could just demand his sperm back? (Yes, I went to the Elle Woods School Of Law.) Jerry Orbach would not approve.
