CNN debuted creepy futuristic holograms last night as a way to bring people “in studio” from remote locations. Star Wars is the obvious comparison (said Jessica Yellin: “I feel like Princess Leia”), but I kept waiting for Anderson to walk over to Will.i.am and stick his hand through, Ghost style. Maybe they are saving that for sweeps.
