Susan Boyle's “I Dreamed a Dream” was fantastically good, but flawed enough to be believable. This kid is uncanny; aspects of his vocal performance top Whitney's recording easily, and these days she wouldn't even be serious competition for him. Even after watching it several times, I find it hard to believe that this hasn't been doctored or something. As another poster hinted at, I just wish the crowd would have responded differently. Maybe it is considered good manners to react in a restrained fashion, but the lack of response also sucks a little of the life and energy out of the performance.
