ATTENTION: SPOILERS HEREWITH. Several bloggers (and more than one member of the BuzzFeed team) have pointed out that, according to the aging patterns demonstrated in the film, Brad Pitt should end the movie as a giant baby, since he begins the film as a tiny old man. Personally, I think that the emotional impact of Cate Blanchett cradling her infant lover would be lessened if the infant were 6 feet tall, but who am I to argue with science?
