Oh lord, this is so innocent I'm afraid. It looks like the guy was just trying to look at pics of his grandkids uploaded stupidly on Imagevenue and the site spit out that annoying ad for AdultFriendFinder with the porn right out there. The poor dude is probably trying to look for the close button on that thing and ready to call his daughter and say “next time, Flickr's good enough for me, please.”
