I bet it's not even comfortable. Imagine how comfortable it would have to be in order to be worth 28 million? You'd have to orgasm 12 times within 14 seconds every time you sat down to make it worth that much. Even then I'd rather a 27 million dollar home with a million dollars worth of folding chairs furnishing it.

I think it's kind of dorky and ugly- like an ordinary, ugly chair set into some set of horns you bought at the renaissance fair.
