akchick1971 4 months agoI don’t get paid time off and haven’t had a vacation in almost 10 years. I don’t even know what that word means anymore. I work for a small company and am the only person to do my job. If I take time off, I’ll just come back more stressed since I have to play catch up on the work that didn’t get done while I was away. It’s just easier to not go on vacation.
