6. Permanent Texture Treatment

This can get pricey, but if you want smoother/bigger/wavier/curlier hair but don't want to have to wrestle with heating tools and serious blowdries everyday, it's a great option. Erase the image of a 1980's mop or grandma curls out of your head immediately. Perms have come a long way and so have straightening/smoothing treatments! They've gotten less damaging and a hell of a lot more modern looking.
